With sustained growth, an opportunity has arisen for an associate to join their established Bristol office.Your new roleYou will enjoy exposure to a broad breadth of real estate transactions with a particular focus on investment, development and energy-related work. You will be dealing with high value transactions acting for some of the largest investors in the country in relation to their investment in everything from student accommodation, hotels and leisure, through to renewable energy and infrastructure assets.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a Real Estate lawyer who has gained excellent relevant experience from a recognised real estate team within a City or large national firm. You will have experience of working within the investment, development or energy sectors and be used to handling complex matters, often as part of a multidisciplinary team.
