An opportunity has arisen for a NQ-5PQE Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join this top-tier real estate team – renowned for handling high-profile real estate transactions at this international law firm in Bristol.
This role focuses on investment, development and asset management. You will work with some of the country's largest investors and handle multi-million-pound transactions, gaining exposure to complex real estate matters.
As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will:
- Manage a broad portfolio of high-quality transactions, from advising on complex developments to facilitating the sale of individual properties across sectors such as renewables, investment, and asset management
- Gain experience in both traditional and emerging asset classes, providing both advisory and transactional support for major investments
About You:
- A qualified Solicitor ideally from a recognised real estate department in a large or medium-sized firmÂ
- Newly Qualified – up to 5 years post qualification
- Can demonstrate a genuine passion for the commercial property industry and an understanding of its complexities
- Work well both independently and within a team environment
