Key aspects of the role...........
- Manage a diverse caseload across a variety of development projects
- Draft and negotiate contracts for acquisitions, developments and disposals
- Conduct and oversee due diligence and reporting
- Participate in business development and client management
- Mentor and support junior team members
What experience do you need.......
- 5+ years PQE with expertise in real estate specifically focussed on residential development
- Ability to handle a varied caseload
- Experience in supervision and developing junior solicitors
- Strong technical skills with a commercial and client-focused approach
