A Top 50 law firm has an amazing opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Executive/ Residential Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their growing Bristol team on a hybrid bases.
This role focuses on residential plot conveyancing, supporting some of the UK’s leading housebuilders. You will handle sales transactions for new build plots, including those involving purchase schemes, while delivering comprehensive conveyancing services in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Working within the Real Estate team specializes in land acquisitions, residential development, and plot sales, offering a wealth of expertise in the residential sector.
- Independently manage a high-volume caseload.
- Serve as a key point of contact for a newly onboarded, high-profile client.
- Provide end-to-end plot sales services, ensuring high standards of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and practice managers for comprehensive support.
Requirements:
- Experience in plot sales or residential property conveyancing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads
- Strong attention to detail and client relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with case management systems
- CILEX qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
- Title Investigation Experience would also be beneficial
