The Role

As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring due diligence, risk assessments, and compliance with all regulations. You will work within a collaborative team that values high standards of client care while also allowing for flexibility in working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handling all legal matters related to property transactions.

-Advising clients on contracts, finances, and the conveyancing process.

-Ensuring compliance with due diligence and risk assessments.

-Maintaining case management workflows and key stages.

-Providing expert legal guidance while maintaining excellent client communication.

What You'll Need:

-Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer.
