An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join this well established and highly reputable law firm based in the heart of Bristol.
The role is working within a small team of 4 in the property division where you will be responsible for your own caseload, dealing with property transactions from initial instruction through to post completion matters.
The majority of the transactions are dealing with shared ownership (buying, selling, staircasing and lease extensions for shared ownership properties).
My client is ideally looking for at least 4 years PQE in the residential property practice area.
