Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery and operational management of complex projects and commercial transactions.
- Advise on PPP expiry and future service arrangements.
- Support and develop junior team members.
- Engage in business development and growth activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 - 8 years PQE in PFI/PPP contracts and public infrastructure.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and manage a team.
