What you'll do:
As a Senior Solicitor, you will play an integral role within our dynamic team in Bristol. Your primary responsibilities are to:
- Manage client relationships and business development skills
- Act/advise in respect of claims against construction professionals
- Prepare reports for Insurers and explain, advise on difficult and complex areas
- Interact with senior professional clients in a variety of disciplines
- Manage the Insurer relationship, being diligent of potential conflicts
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Solicitor position in construction will:
- Have experience in acting and advising in respect of claims against construction professionals
- Ability to prepare reports for Insurers
- Be capable in advising on case strategy
- Have expertise in liaising with senior professional clients in a variety of disciplines
- Be experience in managing the Insurer-Insureds relationship
- Have knowledge in Pre-Action Protocol for Construction and Engineering Disputes
- Be skill in litigation in the Courts of England & Wales, domestic or international Arbitration
