The Role:
Join a scale-up digital transformation consultancy operating in the Defence industry.
This will be a mixture of remote working, office working and expensed visits to client sites in the South of England. On average you will be in their Bristol office or on client site 1-2 days a week.
They are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to develop and implement tailored business strategies.
- Lead or support the delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring they meet client expectations in scope, time, and quality.
- Create and maintain P3 Management and controls documents.
- Manage organisational change and guide clients through the adoption of new technologies or processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, helping to grow the business through new opportunities and future engagements.
Experience:
- Experience in consulting or a similar advisory role.
- Relevant P3M certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies.
- Excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills.
- Eligible for SC Security Clearance
