Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver small group activities and targeted interventions.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Collaborate with other Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors to support student well-being and achievement.

About You:- Passionate about making a difference in students' lives.
- Confident supporting students with behavioural challenges.
- Previous experience in a Behaviour Mentor or similar role.
- Located in Bristol or within a commutable distance
Essential Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Clear, up-to-date Enhanced DBS.
- Experience working in UK schools in a support capacity.
- Located in Bristol or willing to relocate / commute
