We are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their friendly, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual ready to support the conveyancers in delivering outstanding client care and efficiency. If you're organised, proactive, and have a passion for exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the conveyancer and team with tasks to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Manage client inquiries, emails, and updates, keeping all parties informed.
  • Draft and review legal documents, submit Land Registry applications, and order Searches.
  • Process sale transactions and liaise with other law firms and professionals involved in the transaction.
