Position: Senior Paralegal – Clinical Negligence (3+ PQE) Salary: £33,000 - £48,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Bristol Overview:My client, a national Top 200 firm, are seeking a qualified solicitor or equivalent case handler with significant experience in claimant clinical negligence or serious personal injury to join their Clinical Negligence Department full-time.This role involves managing a diverse caseload of complex, high-value claims both pre/post-issue, up to £200k.Work arrangements include a combination of remote work and 1-2 days per week in the office (flexible). Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage a personal caseload of litigated clinical negligence claims. 
  • Supervise team members under the guidance of the Group Leader and line manager. 
  • Participate in team training and marketing initiatives. 
  • Follow case management procedures and meet performance targets related to costs, time utilisation, and case management tasks. 
  • Work within a supportive team structure with guidance from management.
Required Skills and Competencies: This fast-paced role demands high performance standards. Candidates should demonstrate sensitivity with clients and professionalism with colleagues, barristers, and court representatives. Confidence in clinical negligence law and a proactive approach to managing cases are essential. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organised, and possess strong IT, communication, and writing skills.
