Douglas Scott are working with a top tier, international law firm who are seeking a Defendant Clinical Negligence NQ to join their growing team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long established firm that promises excellent career prospects. As a Defendant Clinical Negligence NQ, you will work closely with a partner on a caseload of varied, high value claims on behalf of the NHS and other healthcare providers. You will be exposed to a range of Clinical Negligence matters to include surgical errors, misdiagnosis, cerebral palsy, cancer claims and orthopaedic matters.The ideal candidate should have previous experience of handling or assisting on Clinical Negligence claims.
