An extremely successful international law firm, with a fully dedicated office based in Central Bristol only a stone's throw from Temple Meads & on all major bus routes are looking for a Paralegal to join them on a permanent basisYou will join the General Liability teamYou will be working Monday - Friday, Full Time Hours 09.30 - 5.30 pm & receive a competitive base salary + amazing benefits such as;Hybrid role 2 days in the office 3 days at homeLife assuranceIncome protectionGroup personal pensionChildcare vouchersSeason ticket loan (travel)Mortgage advicePrivate medical insuranceRide2workGym flexHoliday flex among others!Main Dutieso Managing a caseload of EL and PL claims, including personal injury claims.o Delivering high quality and timely output to clients, ensuring high levels of client service and alignment with agreed working practices and client service level agreementso Working to develop an environment of constant improvement: enthusiastically sharing with and helping others; and taking responsibility for aspects of team development, such as intranet pages, training and induction, process improvement etc.o Capturing and collating required Management Information in accordance with agreed practice for clientso Contributing to the development and improvement of the team's service, support, processes and procedureso You will have the opportunity to attend client events and/or travel, principally to London.The ideal candidate:o A strong grounding in handling personal injury claims and fast track litigation.o Candidates should have litigation experience; experience of Insurance is desirable but not essential.o A good knowledge of legal procedureso Excellent organisational skillso Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writingo Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and adapt plans accordingly.o Be able to demonstrate good initiative and problem-solving skills but be conscious of when to consult others.o Able to establish collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues to provide an outstanding customer experience.o Good attention to detail and organisational skills.o Able to adapt to shifting priorities and adapt plans accordingly.o Committed to being part of a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative firm culture.o High level of confidentiality and integrityo Works efficiently and commercially and understands the importance of financial hygiene.o Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeTo be considered for the Paralegal role, click apply and submit your CV.
