Position: Landlord & Tenant Senior Paralegal/FCILEx/Solicitor Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 Location: Bristol – Hybrid Overview A Legal 200 firm are currently looking to recruit a skilled and commercially aware case handler to join their Civil Litigation Division, handling primarily litigated claims involving diverse commercial and residential landlord-tenant and leaseholder-freeholder disputes. Acting for businesses, individuals, and financial institutions—either privately paying or LEI-funded clients—you will assist the Partner leading the Landlord and Tenant team. For the right candidate, the role may include supervisory responsibilities. Work arrangements include a combination of remote work and 2-3 days per week in the office (flexible). The Role You will support case handlers while managing a caseload of complex leaseholder/freeholder and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. Additionally, you will assist the Landlord and Tenant team’s Partner with supervision, contribute to business development, and maintain insurer client relationships as needed. Meeting strict deadlines and adhering to service standards are crucial. Who You will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness, and practicality, along with significant experience in landlord and tenant disputes. Supervisory skills, flexibility in handling diverse work types and clients, and confidence in managing cases, relationships, and strategy are essential. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and proficiency with case management systems are also required.Qualification as a solicitor, FCILEx, or barrister is advantageous but not essential. Why
