Post Room Assistant based in Aztec West, Bristol

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Post Room Assistant to support our office operations during a busy period. This temporary role is ideal for someone who is organised, physically fit, and enjoys a role that keeps them on the move.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Delivering post throughout the office efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Carrying post bags to and from the post room.
  • Distributing fruit baskets and milk supplies to designated areas.
  • Lifting and moving light boxes and office supplies as needed.
  • Assisting with the general upkeep of the post room and related areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good organisational skills and punctuality.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving light items.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Dates of work:

Monday 21st until Thursday 24th October 8am-12pm
