We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a locally well-respected Aerospace Manufacturing Company, renowned for its precision engineering and commitment to innovation and supplying complex machined parts for aero-engine and airframe customers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager (EM) to lead the engineering department, drive excellence, and play a key role in strategic development and taking the company forward with a focus in NPI.

About the Role:
As Engineering Manager, you will:
- Lead a team of CAD/CAM Development Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and NPI Engineers.
- Oversee the development and implementation of engineering systems aligned with AS9100 and Sabre4 standards.
- Ensure smooth introduction of new products and optimize existing production processes
- Act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the company's strategic growth.

Key Requirements:
- Proven expertise in design and manufacturing engineering, including NPI and process improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing systems, materials, and quality standards (AS9100, ISO9001).
- Familiarity with CNC systems (3/4/5 axis Milling, Turning, Grinding) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solidworks)
