With a diverse and experienced multi-disciplinary team, they offer a range of services from Acquisition Due-Diligence to Property Management, focusing on client needs and market dynamics.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Facilities Management Specialist in Bristol. The role involves overseeing Building Management, Facility Management, Budgeting, Building Maintenance, and Energy Management on a day-to-day basis. Planning, scheduling, someone who is organised and process driven as you will be supporting Property Managers and Facilities Manager in their positions. While the Facilities Management Specialist role is primarily based in Bristol, there is flexibility for some remote work.
