Head of Ops / General Manager - Engineering business
Are you a motivated and driven individual with experience within manufacturing/Engineering looking a join an established, yet growing and ambitious business based in North Bristol?
You will have complete responsibility of the Bristol site (Strategy, Performance, Investments, P&L etc...) and driving the business to achieve commercial objectives, reporting to the shareholders.
As General Manager you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the site achieves company goals and objectives
- Development, training and motivation of the team
- Oversight of all engineering performance and strategy
- Leading improvements, development and investments
- Leading the business reporting to shareholders
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing business
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident leader and team player
- Strong business and commercial acumen

Salary & Benefits
£80,000 - £110,000 + bonus + benefits
