- Oversee daily operations within the business, ensuring production targets, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, leading the team in maintaining or achieving certifications.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to uphold and enhance quality management systems, ensuring all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Manage and optimize the supply chain, including procurement, inventory, and logistics, to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing contingency plans where necessary.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven experience as an operations Manager, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and experience working with ISO 9001 standards.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain ISO 9001 certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in operational software and tools, including ERP systems.
