About Us:

We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a Renewable Energgy Contractor, who are looking for a Operations Manager to oversee their South West and Wales business, heading the growth plans across their various offices.   

Day to Day:

Our client a social housing contractor, who have various offices across the South West, are looking for an Operations Manager to join their South West business, based in and around the Bristol area. The role will be involved to the development of new and existing contracts. 

They mainly work within planned & reactive maintenance works, for public sector clients within the renewable energy sector.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

 

  • Day to day management of a million-pound budget across various locations and work streams
  • Budget control, programme management 
  • Planned works experience - essential.
  • Social housing repairs and projects experience -essential
  • Sector related qualification would be beneficial, although ability to demonstrate previous relative experience.
  • Must have strong leadership skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
