A loyal client to Sphereare looking to appoint a Regional Design Lead with immediate effect.
Your new company are a leading developer of Heritage a New Build Housing, which also encompasses Apartments / Fats, Listed schemes, and Conversions.
The role in questionis management focused, where you will be tasked with overseeing all Design Managers acrosssites in the West and occasionalprojects in London.
My client will consider candidates based in the West of the UK (Bristol/Bath), who are happy to travelto their head office in Essex (circa once a week). Alternatively, candidatesbased inthe Essex area who will travel to required sites and projects.
They will consider candidates from a Housingor Main Contracting background. However, proven experience managing teams and or regions would be essential.
Therole comes with a six figure salary, bonus, and additional package.
