Role Overview:
Responsible for delivering construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead, motivate, and manage teams, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to Health & Safety regulations. Youll oversee subcontractors, manage site operations, and ensure compliance with company and statutory procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict Health & Safety compliance and site supervision
- Manage quality control through ISO systems and SnagR
- Drive project delivery to meet deadlines and budgets
- Oversee financial controls, including material requisitions and subcontractor costs
- Lead and motivate teams, providing clear targets and performance reviews
- Manage subcontractor performance and client relations
- Ensure all project documentation and reporting are accurate
Key Skills & Experience:
- HND/Degree or equivalent in Construction
- Experience in multi-phase projects (£10m+)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and H&S practices
- Leadership experience in managing teams and subcontractors
- Budget management and project planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Certifications: CSCS, Scaffold Inspection, TWC, Fire Safety
