A loyal client to Sphereare looking to appoint a Senior Site Managerto commence a new role with immediate effect based out of their Bristol office.
Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating out of 4 main offices across the South West. As a business they deliverDesign & Build, New Build, Restoration, and Refurbishment projects, up to 30M.
This role in particular will be based on site in Bristol, across a 25M scheme. The project involvesadding 3 new floors to anexisting structure, and adding a Glass-Reinforced Concrete(GRC) Faade. Once complete, the building will provide 80,000 sq ft of office space.
Relevant degree level qualifications and Construction Certification isessential.
