Job Title: Drywall Site Manager
Location: Bristol, UK
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Package
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Drywall Site Manager to oversee drywall and partitioning projects across Bristol and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in drywall installation, site management, and health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate drywall installation projects from start to finish.
- Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce health & safety regulations.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and senior management to deliver smooth project execution.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently while maintaining a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in the drywall or interior fit-out sector.
- Strong knowledge of drywall systems, partitions, ceilings, and associated trades.
- SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS certification required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Full UK driving license preferred.
