We are looking for aMobile FabricEngineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theMobile FabricEngineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile FabricEngineer,will be responsible for:
- Perform building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
- Adhere to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular monitoring and inspection procedures for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance program.
- Answer queries, report defects, and keep the client informed of site activities during service visits.
To be successful for this Mobile FabricEngineerrole you must have:
- Full current driving licence.
- IT literacy for record keeping.
- Good customer service skills.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties detailed in the job description.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required, covering over 300 locations across the North of England.
- Self-motivation and solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector, or similar.
- Qualification to Level 2/3 City and Guilds.
