Are you a Controls Engineer or similar looking to become a technical expert within a leading sector, with a competitive salary, a variety of technical work and the opportunity to work for a sustainable and forward thinking business that offer flexibility?

You will be playing an essential part of the Software engineering team in which you will be integrating devices and machinery to solve complex automation problems, developing software using a diverse codebase. For this you will be using Fanuc, Kuka Robots, Beckhoff and Siemens PLC's.

They are nationally recognised for the specialist work they do within the Aerospace, Automotive, Defence and Renewable Energy industries. The Role:

  • Integrating and programming industrial robotic systems
  • Solving complex automation and industrial problems
  • Software Development
  • Using robotics and controls platforms such as Fanuc, Kuka Robots, Beckhoff and Siemens PLC
  • Debugging common electrical issues

The Person:

  • Experience programming Fanuc Robots
  • Automation / Robotics experience
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent, HNC or Apprenticeship with proven experience in the Industry
  • Full UK driving license
  • Familiar with robot simulation packages
