We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager (EM) to lead the engineering department, drive excellence, and play a key role in strategic development and taking the company forward with a focus in NPI. About the Role:As Engineering Manager, you will:- Lead a team of CAD/CAM Development Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and NPI Engineers.- Oversee the development and implementation of engineering systems aligned with AS9100 and Sabre4 standards.- Ensure smooth introduction of new products and optimize existing production processes- Act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the company's strategic growth.Key Requirements: - Proven expertise in design and manufacturing engineering, including NPI and process improvements.- In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing systems, materials, and quality standards (AS9100, ISO9001).- Familiarity with CNC systems (3/4/5 axis Milling, Turning, Grinding) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solidworks)If you are passionate about engineering excellence and eager to take on a leadership role, we want to hear from you!
