Quick Staff UK is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and driven Regional Account Manager to cover the South West territory. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an established portfolio and drive growth within a thriving industry. The successful candidate will ideally be based in Bristol, Gloucester, or nearby areas and will be used to working to sales targets and managing retail accounts of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with an existing portfolio of customers, primarily distributors and direct accounts.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
  • Regularly visit key accounts to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver on sales objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales within catering disposables, FMCG, foodservice, or a related industry.
  • Strong background in managing distributor relationships.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on both account management and new business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, organised, and results-driven.
  • Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel extensively within the territory.
Offering:
  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (with realistic OTE/bonus of £5,000 - £7,000).
  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays.
  • Company Car: Provided (e.g., Skoda Octavia or similar) with a fuel card.
