Job Title: Logistics Customer Support & Analyst (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Bristol

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:15pm (1-hour unpaid break)

Salary: £12.40ph + holiday allowance

We are currently seeking a Logistics Customer Support & Analyst to join our Client’s team on an ongoing temp basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

This role is primarily focused on logistics support and analysis, with a particular emphasis on coordinating deliveries, managing stock, resolving queries, and maintaining communication with both internal teams and external partners like hauliers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Confirming delivery bookings with customers and coordinating logistics with third-party hauliers.

  • Managing warehouse stock analysis, including inbound shipments.

  • Administering various systems like CRM, D365, and Plato for reporting, invoice queries, and other logistics functions.

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and SOPs.

  • Collaborating with various departments, including the Regional Logistics Manager and Warehouse Manager, to optimize efficiency.

  • Providing support to the logistics team, including covering for the Regional Logistics Manager when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Previous experience on the phone in a customer-facing role.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.

  • Experience with D365 Microsoft system is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Own transport is essential due to the location.
