WOW, Haw 3 Talent Solutions is hiring on behalf of their client for a Customer Care Advisor (Hybrid) & (X4 MONTH CONTRACT) Hybrid working, based in Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11. The hybrid working allows for 2 days remote and 3 days office-based per week. Opportunities come up within the business and its multiple sites in Avonmouth, getting in as a contractor is an excellent way for opportunities to arise for you! 

  • The annual salary is £24,500 PA = £2,041 per month.
  • The working hours are 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday HYBRID. 

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our customer data by proactively contacting existing customers. You'll focus on keeping key Account and Credit Customer information up-to-date, contributing to better financial reporting and improved customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Full training is provided, then you will conduct inbound and outbound calls to existing customers to confirm, update, and amend critical account details, such as contact names, email addresses, and telephone numbers. 
  • Identify and address outdated financial information for key accounts and credit customers.
  • Merge duplicate accounts where appropriate to streamline data management.
  • Generate reports and maintain data.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Experience in data entry and management.
  • Ideally, you will be proficient in using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
