Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to join our team, delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health needs. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities? Conduct assessments, plan, and implement individualized patient care.? Provide therapeutic support and monitoring, ensuring patient safety and well-being.? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver comprehensive care plans.? Support patients and their families with education and guidance on managing mental health conditions.? Maintain accurate patient records and uphold trust standards in all aspects of care.
Requirements? Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.? Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.? Commitment to professional development and delivering the highest standards of mental health care.
