Job Overview:We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join the team at Bristol and Weston NHS Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering mental health care to individuals with varying needs. Your contribution will be vital in helping patients manage their conditions and improve their mental health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications safely and monitor patient response, ensuring all procedures comply with NHS guidelines.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patients in managing their mental health.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate care and support to patients in mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
