Our client, a Multi-Academy Trust, has an exciting opportunity for a HRBP to join their team!

The role:

路 Reporting into the Director of Human Resources to be an integral part of the team, providing high quality HR advice and operational support across the Trust.

路 Provide HR advice and support to Head Teachers, Business Managers, Governors, Trustees and the Trust Central Team on issues such as staff disciplinary, capability, grievance matters and change management.

路 Attend meetings as the HR representative for case work with unions as required.

路 Advise on and manage sickness absence cases within Schools and the Trust Central Team.

路 Liaise with Occupational Health (OH) as required referring staff to OH providers and managing the process.

路 Implementing, supporting and advising on managing change management processes across the Trust.

路 Preparing consultation papers.

路 Develop and review the Trust鈥檚 HR policies and procedures.

路 Create and revise Job descriptions Trust wide.

路 Organising the annual appraisal process, managing all appraisal information and documentation.

路 Managing TUPE processes required within the Trust.

路 Manage the recruitment process for the Central team.

路 Proactively develop the HR system and its various modules to support effective people management Trust wide.

路 Provide training and support to Business Managers and Trust employees.

Key skills/ experience:

路 Up-to-date knowledge of employment law

路 Knowledge of dealing with TUPE processes

路 Experience of writing and updating policies

路 Organised whilst being flexible, responsive to change and able to give professional advice concisely and meet deadlines.

路 A proactive and 'get involved' attitude, prepared to handle any new situations.

路 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administration with experience in the use of payroll and IT packages such as HR systems, MS Teams, Word, and Excel.

路 Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

路 Level 5 CIPD Diploma with generalist HR knowledge and 3 years recent operational experience, ideally within the education sector.
