Key responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and developing risk assessments, including PUWER, working at height, manual handling, and COSHH assessments.
- Maintain the First Aid register and ensure First Aid supplies are well-stocked and accessible.
- Deliver engaging HSE inductions for new starters, highlighting key company policies and procedures.
- Support the development and maintenance of HSE documentation, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation.
- Drive the implementation of processes and systems to promote a strong HSE culture.
- Assist with the investigation and review of accidents or incidents, ensuring timely completion of corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits to maintain compliance, ensuring any corrective actions are recorded, actioned, and completed.
- Organise and oversee internal HSE training for employees at all levels.
- Provide advice and support to the management team on all HSE matters.

- Experience working within Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment.
- NEBOSH qualification or working towards this.
