Role Overview:We are seeking a Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to join the South Bristol Integrated Network (INT). You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care to adults in their own homes and community settings. The role involves both acute and long-term therapy input, supporting individuals—often with complex needs—to regain independence and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out holistic assessments, implement and evaluate care plans

  • Deliver interventions addressing physical, psychological, and social needs

  • Manage a caseload proactively, working both independently and within the MDT

  • Contribute to high-quality, harm-free care through clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice

Requirements:

  • BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent

  • HCPC registered

  • Full driving licence and access to a car for work
