We're working with a FTSE-listed international company that is looking to bring on board a Company Secretary Manager with extensive corporate compliance experience.

You will get the opportunity to work in a largely client-facing role, advising on a range of statutory compliance requirements and managing junior members of the team.

This is a hybrid-working role (3 days in the office; 2 days from home).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver governance advisory and managed service client engagements
  • Advising offshore and multi-jurisdictional clients on statutory compliance requirements, entity management, and transaction-related matters
  • Onboarding of new clients in accordance with company policies and processes
  • Participate and lead in day-to-day client meetings/calls
  • Supervise and manage team members
  • Ad-hoc projects and initiatives

About you:

  • 4+ years of corporate governance/ entity management experience within professional services or relevant In-house industries
  • Experienced in client-facing positions
  • Line management experience
  • Strong technical company secretarial knowledge and corporate governance experience
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of subsidiary entities
