Responsibilities:

  • Edit and create polished documents and reports using Word
  • Tidy and enhance marked-up drawings with PDF software
  • Manage and organise spreadsheets
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Order equipment and supplies
  • Oversee business administration tasks, including organising the company train ticket account
  • Sort and file invoices

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
