My client is looking for a proficient Administrator to join their team at Portbury Docks. The role involves managing communications via Outlook, creating reports, and performing data input tasks in Excel. Training on their in-house system will be provided.Â
Day to day of the role:Managing email communications through Outlook.Producing reports and performing data input using Excel.Ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.Learning and utilising the company’s in-house system effectively after training.Collaborating with the team to support various administrative functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills.Previous administrative experience is preferred.
