Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an energy trading company, with the appointment of an Office Coordinator to join their team. This well-established company have a phenomenal, modern office space located just minutes from Bristol Temple Meads.

This well-rounded and busy role requires an enthusiastic individual to support the operations team. You will have exposure across different departments in the business, including finance, human resources, office management and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to keep daily operations on track.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
  • Assisting the finance team with tasks such as processing invoices and supporting audits.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for directors and staff members.
  • Supporting the planning and organisation of both internal and external events.
  • Overseeing the busy careers inbox and supporting with the graduate recruitment process.
  • Assisting with facilities management, including managing meeting rooms, overseeing kitchen areas, and coordinating with cleaning and maintenance services.
  • Contributing to social media marketing activities.

About you:

  • 2 years administration experience within an office environment.
  • Proactive and switched on, with the ability to use your own initiative.
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail.
