Main Duties:
Review, update and continually improve systems and processes to ensure a warm, positive and streamlined client experience.
Oversee client enquiries, bookings, payments, and follow-up communications
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection standards.
Maintain accurate and secure client records, ensuring confidentiality.
Monitor and address client feedback
Manage a team of administrative and reception staff
Recruit, train, and onboard administrative staff to ensure the team’s capacity and skills meet organisational needs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of client processes
Produce regular reports on client feedback
Work with the leadership team to implement strategic objectives

Proven experience of managing staff
Able to analyse data, clarify complex issues
Project management
An understanding of GDPR
The hourly rate will be between £14 - £17 and hours are to be discussed. This is an office based role. An excellent opportunity that will afford the job holder to make a massive contribution to the success of the business.
