Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Excel Mastery: Dive into Excel to produce detailed reports, perform data input, and conduct data analysis using pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Your Excel skills will shine here!
- PowerPoint Proficiency: Create engaging presentations to communicate data insights and support team projects.
- Data Extraction: Pull data from various reports to support decision-making and enhance administrative functions.
- Email Management: Keep communications flowing smoothly via Outlook.
- Administrative Excellence: Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, showcasing your organisational prowess.
- System Savvy: Learn and utilise the company’s in-house system effectively after training.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team to enhance various administrative functions.
