We are actively recruiting for dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support our school network with quality and consistent staff. You choose to just support one school in if you prefer variety, we can introduce you to a number of schools.

As a cover supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting schools by ensuring continuity in students learning when teachers are absent. You'll manage classrooms, maintain discipline, and ensure that students stay on task with pre-set work.

Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools, whether on a day to day, long-term or permanent basis. The role of a Cover Supervisor doesn’t include planning and preparation, however strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• CACHE LEVEL 2/3 OR 6 months experience
• Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16
• Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
• Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
