Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation in the South West, who are seeking a Digital Cut-Over Manager to join them on an interim basis.

Main duties of the job:

  • Leverage change management approaches, methodologies and tools to assess organisational capacity and readiness for the implementation of the new electronic prescribing and medications administration
  • Lead on fostering increased awareness to influence required buy-in from senior/key stakeholders to support the CMM implementation
  • Develop insights regarding the programme's needs and value and use these insights to create thought communications materials and events that inspire and engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Develop an approach to assess, realise and manage the impact of adopted technologies to inform realised benefits, value for money and return on investment as well as learnings to continue to drive successful adoption of the technologies
  • Lead Business Change related activity within the programme, providing leadership and support to teams delivering workstream objectives
  • Responsibility for the development and execution of the programme's Communication & Engagement Plan, Training Plan, Benefits Realisation Plan
  • Responsible to contribute to the development and execution of the programme's: High Level Programme Plan, Resilience and Business Continuity Plan, Go Live Plan, BAU Transition Plan

Essential Skills:
