About the role

This primary setting based in Bristol are looking for a driven and passionate Early Years Educator to work full time - although they are open to seeking candidates who are looking for part time hours. The role will start in asap and will be ongoing, with an opportunity to become permanent with the school after a qualifying period.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) - observe, assess, monitor, and maintain records on children’s development, including those with SEND.
  • Ensure safeguarding practices and policy and procedure are followed and adhered to.
  • Promote teamwork and work with and support your colleagues and peers, including external professionals, apprentices, agency staff, students and volunteers, in a warm and mutually respectful way.
  • Attend staff meetings, staff training days and other relevant and necessary training as required.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of EY Educator you will:

  • Early Years Practitioner (Early Years Educator) Level 3 qualified or equivalent
  • Ideally a driver, with access to own vehicle

£12.86 to £15.00 per hour

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Early Years Practitioner (Early Years Educator) Level 3 qualified or equivalent
  • Fully enhanced Child workforce DBS which is on the update service
