This role will involve managing user accounts, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organisation.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Administering user accounts, access control, and system permissions.
  • Supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365 E5, Active Directory, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Managing hardware setups, including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Assisting with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
  • Maintaining IT documentation, including guides and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Working alongside the IT team to improve system efficiency and support staff IT needs.
Experience Required:
  • Experience in IT administration or first-line support.
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 365 E5, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and basic networking (TCP/IP).
  • Some experience with PowerShell scripting is beneficial.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, able to assist users with varying technical abilities.
