Multi Skilled Tradesman - Bristol and Bath Area
Our client is currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join their team, specialising in maintenance work. Must have your own tools and Transport - CIS
Salary hourly rate - £20ph - £22ph DOE
Requirements
- Must have tools including power and hand tools for various tasks.
- A valid and clean driving licence to go to various sites.
- Proficiency in basic plastering boarding, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and painting.
- Previous experience in maintenance/ Voids projects is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Undertaking void projects, including refurbishments and improvements.
- Demonstrating your skills in plastering, Basic plumbing and Electrics, carpentry and painting as required.
- Working efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines and manage workload priorities.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional conduct when interacting with tenants and colleagues.
