Based in Brislington - fully office based

Monday - Friday - hours between 08:30am - 18:00pm

Temporary - until 31st December initially

Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Repairs Coordinator to work in their Housing and Landlords Service.

You would be based in their Responsive Repairs Team with main duties including:

  • Ensuring the day - to day operations run smoothly and quality / SLA's are met.
  • Monitoring a shared inbox - actioning and responding to enquiries.
  • Logging online forms, triaging action needed and updating databases.
  • Dealing with enquiries from residents, colleagues and other stake holders, by email, telephone and text.
  • Raising repair orders, arranging appointments with residents & scheduling work to site based teams.

Skills / experience:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Repairs / housing experience
  • Aware of repairs / housing legislation (desirable)
