We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SEND Annual Review Administrator to join our dedicated team. This temporary position is to cover a colleague on secondment, with the possibility of extension (though this cannot be guaranteed at this stage).
Key Responsibilities:* Provide administrative support to senior SEND officers for annual reviews.* Efficiently manage data and documentation using Liquid Logic software.* Coordinate and track review schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.* Liaise with families, schools, and other stakeholders regarding annual reviews (limited customer-facing interaction).* Maintain accurate records and uphold data confidentiality.
Requirements:* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within SEND or educational settings.* Liquid Logic software experience is essential.* Excellent organizational and communication skills.* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.* Enhanced DBS clearance (required).
