A key client in Bristol requires an Accounts & Payroll Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- High-volume invoice, credit note, timesheet and expense form processing
- Working with a high volume of payrolls and payments (from preparation to verification), ensuring compliance with tax regulations
- Bank statement and transactional reconciliation as well as supporting with pensions (deductions, payments and schemes)
- Responding to payroll and finance-related queries (both internal and external), via telephone, email and webchat
- Ad-hoc support with month- and year-end processes
Essential Skills:
- Qualified/part qualified AAT (or looking to start)
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (v-lookups and pivot tables), generally spreadsheet savvy
- Personable with good customer service skills
Desirables:
- Previous payroll experience desirable
